FEDERAL WAY AREA REPEATERS
The Federal Way Amateur Radio Club operates and maintains six
repeaters in the Federal Way area. These include two
2-meter analog repeaters, a 70-centimeter analog repeater, and
four Icom D-Star digital repeaters. Each of these repeaters
are open to the public.

147.040+ Repeater
The 147.040 repeater is
centrally located in Federal Way, and has good coverage to
Seattle, Kent, Auburn, and Tacoma. It is the main
on-the-air meeting
place for the club, and our Sunday night net at 7:30pm. Encodes &
decodes a PL tone of 103.5. No auto patch available.
146.760- Repeater
Located in south King County, this repeater has
great coverage of the Kent-Auburn valley, as well as Federal Way
and Tacoma. Encodes & decodes a PL tone of 103.5 for
general use.
The repeater offers an auto patch which operates with a PL tone
of 91.5 (see below).
442.950+ Repeater
Collocated with the 147.040 repeater.
Requires a PL tone of 103.5.
146.840 / 443.850 /

D-Star Repeaters
New to Federal Way, these three digital repeaters
are located at the Federal Way Community Center.

AUTO-PATCH
INFORMATION
The club's 146.760 repeater has auto-patch equipment
available to make local (non-toll)
telephone calls through the repeater system. Please ID
yourself before and after making an auto patch
phone call.
