For amateur radio operators outside the state of North Carolina: make contact with North Carolina stations. For amateur radio operators within North Carolina: Activate as many NC counties as possible and make contact with everyone.

The 44th Annual Mike & Key ARC Electronics Show & Swap Meet in the Pavillion Exhibition Hall at the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup, WA. Doors open at 9am. Cost $15/person.

ARRL International DX Contest takes place on two dates. CW contest takes place on the 3rd full weekend in February, and the Phone contest takes place the 1st full weekend in March. 0000Z Saturday to 2359Z Sunday.

FW School District's Support Service Center (SSC)
The Federal Way Amateur Radio Club‘s monthly club meetings occur on the second Thursday of the month at the Federal Way school district‘s Support Services Center. The SSC is located at 1211 South 332nd Street in Federal Way, this is at the south end of Celebration Park, and east of the FW Community Center. The general club meeting start at 7pm. The club‘s board of trustee‘s meetings start at 6pm.
Oklahoma QSO Party
State QSO parties are an excellent way for Okies to talk to each other and the rest of the country. County hunters use this event to increase their Oklahoma county contacts. Hams working on their Worked All States (WAS) award will use this to obtain a confirmed Oklahoma contact.
Second weekend in March; 1400z Saturday to 0200z and 1500z Sunday to 2200z
Idaho QSO Party
For amateurs outside the state of Idaho – to contact as many Idaho stations and Idaho counties as possible. Remember, the counties are multipliers for out of state entries.
For Idaho stations – to activate as many counties as possible, and work as many OUT OF STATE stations as possible !!! IDAHO STATIONS THIS IS OUR GOAL !
Second full weekend in March; 1600z to 0400z Saturday and 1400z to 0200z Sunday

Stations on County or Independent City lines count as one QSO and one County/Independent City multiplier. Mobile, Rover, and Expedition stations must use appropriate suffix in call sign.

Oregon ACES Basic Class taking place in Everett, WA. Cost is $35 with a workbook, or $15 without the workbook. Participants will need to complete FEMA‘s IS-100, IS-200, and IS-700 courses before receiving their ACES certificate.

Please come join us for our Hams & Eggs monthly breakfast on the fourth Saturday of the month at Denny‘s located on the NE corner of Highway 18 & Enchanted Parkway in Federal Way. Folks generally start showing up around 8:30am. All will be welcomed.
